Hello! I loved wearing this look the other week. The leather trousers are a fantastic take on the menswear inspired trend. I kept this look clean and minimal by pairing it with a silky black cami, classic black pumps, and grabbed an emerald bag to accessorize. The pants are a really great piece to wear now and later when the weather cools down.

Fashionable in Fur – Lina Zhang plays the part of a modern woman rediscovering her ancient roots in Elle Vietnam’s“Wild at Heart” October 2013 cover story. Stockton Johnson snapped the Chinese beauty in the historic Vietnamese town of Da Nang. Stylist Phuong My dressed Lina in bold fur apparel from esteemed fashion houses including Valentino, Gucci, and Salvatore Ferragamo amongst others. Hair stylist and makeup artist Kevin Long continued the fur theme with Lina’s dramatic ‘do.

Like A Dream

The ceremony went like a dream, we had readings from two of our oldest friends …who both know each other from primary school too! Andy read an extract from Captain Corelli’s Mandolin and Rach lightened the mood with a humorous poem by Bee Rawlinson.

We said our vows…I cried again!

We sat and signed the register… girls if I have one piece of advice… look at yourself in a mirror when you sit down in your dress, I tested sitting down to see if I could, but didn’t see myself… I know I wanted cleavage… but not so much it was indecent! Those pics, unfortunately won’t be making the album!

Budget-friendly bridal

You may associate Kelsey Rose with bridesmaid dresses, but next year they will also be launching a budget-friendly bridal collection. These dresses will be low in price but still feature fabulous fabrics and elegant embellishments – definitely one to watch. We also spotted some amazing bridesmaid and occasion wear designs – some of the sassy, shorter ivory styles would make perfect dresses for a rehearsal dinner.

Dessy were showing off a brand new fabric for their bridesmaid dresses, super-soft to the touch but slightly heavier which gave them a flattering fall. And it was all about jersey at vintage specialists Eliza Jane Howell. This new fabric bought a new dimension to their classic 20s-inspired looks.
